Philip was first called to the Bar in 1996 and took silk in 2012. He has had a diverse practice with his current focus being on Family Law and ADR.

Andrew was first called to the Bar in 2008 and took silk in 2023. He has developed a broad civil practice and regularly appears as an advocate in applications, trials, appeals and mediations with a particular expertise in the law of succession.

Rachael was first admitted to practice as a barrister in Queensland in 2003 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2005. With expertise in criminal, domestic violence and family law she now specialises in family mediation.

Gary was called to the bar in 2004, having previously worked for investment banks in London, Boston and New York. Gary has a broad practice in commercial litigation, estates and family law. He specialises in advising and appearing in complex disputes, and regularly appears in trials and appeals. Gary is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

Jane has been a barrister at the private Bar in Queensland since 2009. She has a commercial practice which encompasses contract, corporate, property, medical negligence, personal injury, judicial review, insurance and building and construction disputes.

Simone has been admitted as a legal practitioner since 2007 and commenced practice at the Bar in 2013. She regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and has experience in High Court leave applications primarily in the area of family law.

Jacinta commenced practice as a barrister at the private bar in 2016 and regularly appears in the Federal Circuit Court and State Courts. She practices predominately in the areas of family law and domestic violence.

Peter was called to the bar in 2017 and regularly appears in both the Federal Circuit and Family Court and State Courts. He predominantly practises in both family law and commercial law. Peter's commercial practice encompasses contract, property, leasing and building and construction disputes.

Nathan has been admitted as a legal practitioner since 2010 and commenced practice at the Bar in 2019. Nathan regularly appears in the Federal Circuit Court and State Courts, practicing predominantly in family law, domestic violence, criminal and civil law matters.
