Jacinta was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2006, working in The Netherlands, Ireland and Australia and commenced practice as a barrister at the private bar in 2016.

Jacinta regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and State Courts and practices predominately in the areas of family law.

Jacinta is a nationally accredited mediator and family dispute resolution practitioner with particular interest in working with separating families with neurodiverse children.

In 2025, Jacinta was named in Doyles Guide as one of Queensland’s Recommended Family Law Junior Counsel.
